he not dream for it?? Who don't know about the Google Adsense? I mean

With good quality I mean, it shouldn't contain grammatical or spelling mistakes, keep your post interesting so that your readers not only read your post, they enjoy it.
Say No To Copy- Paste.
This is one of the very most requirement that Google wants from you, that you never place copyrighted content. Google will never approve your blog or your website if they find copyrighted content in it, so make sure you write the content which is unique, fresh and of course interesting.
Never Post Google Adsense Prohibited Content To your Blog/Website.
Google deals very strictly to the matters related to the "Prohibited Content" so make sure you never post such contents that Google finds violating it's terms and conditions. Adult materials, chatting-dating, and all hacking and cracking material comes under Google Adsense's Prohibited Content.So if you are serious about having the Adsense approved account, never post such content even by mistake.
Have Sufficient Number Of Posts.
Before applying for a Google Adsense account, make sure your blog or your website has sufficient number of posts and enough pages in it. For a successful approval request your blog/website should contain 25-30 of posts. You can also apply if your blog has 15-20 posts but the chances of approval becomes more if your blog has at least 30 posts.So, keep this in mind.
Maintain Post's Word Limit.
As you all know organic traffic is the backbone of your blog and also a life jacket for your Google Adsense account. ( the traffic that comes from search engines ) So, to derive huge traffic from popular search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo try to maintain word limit of your post, that is your blog post should be between 500-750 words and should cover every aspect of the subject your post is about.
Optimize your Blog Post With Meta Tags.
Meta Tags make it easier to search your blog as it tells them( to the search engine crawler bots) about what your post really is.So if your post have the meta tags than it becomes easier for the search engines to categorize your post.
Having meta tags---> Organic traffic-----> Easily approved Adsense ! How simple is that.
Note: Please,please keep in mind that your meta tag should not cross the word limit of 68-69 characters, including spaces.Also the Meta Description should be between155 characters( including the spaces ) and not exceeding it.
It sounds not very crucial step but my friends it is......... Trust me.

To ensure the quality of their advertising network and to protect the interests of their advertisers and existing publishers, Google now checks for the age of Blog or Website domain. Google is never going to accept your blog for monetizing it's ads if, it finds copyrighted images in your blog. If you are thinking to upload an image to your blog's post, then don't you ever think to download it from the internet and then re upload it to your blog. Remember, that image has been already uploaded on the internet by someone else and if you re upload it, then Google and the other search engines will take it as copyrighted content and hence your site will loose it's backbone, that is, the organic traffic from these search engines.
